Dr. Thompson is the former Dean of Students at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and the former Inaugural CEO of Midland Innovation + Technology Charter School. In his previous position, he was Associate Dean of the School of Business, Arts, Science, and Technology (BAST), the Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Community College of Beaver County (CCBC), and former Assistant Vice President, Underrepresented Minority Students, and Achievement, and Director, of the Black Male Leadership Development Institute (BMLDI), Robert Morris University.
